The hotel's ambiance is welcoming, and the view from the Nile-facing room was stunning. While the staff were generally attentive, a few dining experiences were marred by slow service, particularly at breakfast. Noise from the neighboring rooms was bothersome at times, but overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Well-maintained and good quality place with knowledgeable employees on careless management who did nothing even though I complained.

1- The hotel is near to many tourist places as well the shopping areas. 2- Hotel has it's own facilities, such as Banks, Salon, Pharmcy, etc.
1- Selection of foods at Breakfast time wasn't much comparing to its value. 2- In last night, my sister ordered pasta, the past may wasn't clean, as she had austomic problems next morning. 3- The cleaning of rooms wasn't good. 4- The room was coming with Complimentary "Basekt of Fruits", and the fruits were in bad position.

I liked the location of the hotel , room Nile river view , breakfast variaty, balcony , some shops .
the quality of finishes was outdated, over priced for a lower then 5 stars hotel . not very tidy and dust free , iinternet did not work in my room even after changing cable and point. not really a five star standard

The location is perfect and the staff are very good. You cannot fault this hotel for its size and luxury. The food is good and you always feel very safe, security is key and that is why you can see this hotel being used by business people and government officials daily.
The hotel is very expensive and value for money is poor. The hotel room is not very clean and you are charged for everything that you can think of - if they could the would charge you for the air you breathe. I complained twice about the internet not working after upgrading to the high speed 30mb connection for an extra $50 per day it did not work for two days. Yet they still charged me and were not interested in refunding me for the days I could not use it. I have stayed here twice before and I think this is my last time. The hotel is in an excellent location, but is definately not worth the money I paid - I will never stay there again.

Nile view, elegant architecture, bustling nightlife
Furniture in the rooms feels outdated, and cleanliness levels fell short of expectations!!! The security checks were excessive for an enjoyable check-in experience!!!

Very good breakfast buffet with plenty of fresh selection and accommodating staff
The evening buffet was good, but it dropped in relation to the breakfast buffet.

The hotel location, on the Nile River, was perfect for sight seeing and some shopping. buffet breakfast was great as were the restaurants within the hotel, especially the Bird Cage Thai Restaurant. Staff were generally accomodaitng and friendly. Rooms a bit old, but generally clean and comfortable.
Hotel is not new, like listed in the posting. Possibly renovated a bit, but definitely not new. didn't know about the 12.5% service charge on each and every purchase. So a $250/night room becomes more like $325/night - ouch! Hotel is a bit noisy, but the price one pays for the convience of being downtown. Watch the concierge and the hustling that goes on in regards to transportation, acually remain vigilant in regards to al the hustling that seems to go on...everything has a price attached and many time "hidden" ones.

Each morning I was greeted with a vast breakfast spread that blew my mind, there was an egg station and fresh pastries every day.
Sure it wasn't exactly cheap, but for the experience it offered, it was acceptable.

The hotel is extremely convenient and pretty standard, has reasonably good staff with an assistant manager by the name of Mohammed El Sennousi. The rooms here are beautifully maintained with a balcony.

Lovely experience there. Large breakfast, amazing location, spotlessly clean place overall. Friendliness from the whole staff. Good-sized and brand-new room, with a comfy bed. Good and fine food. Quick check in and a great service throughout my stay.
